HOW TO USE

Whether you need energy, calm, focus, or need help with a stuffy nose, there is a shower aromatherapy experience designed to help. 

Make sure hands are dry when removing steamer from package.

Place 1 shower steamer tablet on the floor of your shower out of the direct stream of water. Do not let sit in standing water or they will fizz up and be gone too soon.

As the tablet slowly dissolves, it releases aromatic essential oils into the hot steam - giving you the ultimate aromatherapy experience.

CAUTION: For external shower use only, do not use in the bath. Individuals who are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition should always consult with their health practitioner before using any product containing essential oils.
