1. What's included?
A jar of handcrafted, whipped body butter customized by you, made in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
2. What are the size and scent options?
Custom orders are available in 2 oz and 4 oz only. Orders of 10 or more can select up to two scents. Scents can also be combined into one single scent.
3. Can I substitute the ingredients?
Yes - There is an option to select alternative ingredients when completing the form above. Note that our original ingredients include: Unrefined Shea Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Vitamin E, and Essential Oils. **Allergy Warning: Please note that Sweet Almond Oil is derived from almonds, a tree nut. Please let us know if you would like our alternative ingredient list.4. Can I customize the label?
We will design and customize the label based on your specific needs and requirements. Up to two proofs will be sent for approval. All label backgrounds are white. You can also send us a logo to use in the design. *Additional proofs will be subject to a fee.
5. What is the minimum order quantity?
Please note that all custom orders are subject to a minimum quantity of 10 units of the same size. Orders below 10 will not be accepted.
6. Payment & Deposits
All orders under 20 units must be paid in full to confirm order. For larger orders, a 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The remainder will be due at the time of delivery/pick-up.
7. Processing Time
For orders of 10-20 units, please allow for 7-10 business for your order to be processed once it has been confirmed. The processing time for larger orders will be dependant on quantity. A full quote including turnaround time will be provided prior to confirmation. Processing times does NOT include the shipping/delivery time. Please plan accordingly.
8. Shipping Policy
Shipping will be calculated once your order has been confirmed. Please let us know if you require expedited shipping for your order.
