PROCESSING & SHIPPING
As our products are handmade in small batches, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please plan accordingly. Once your item(s) are complete, packages are sent out no later than 3 business days afterwards (excluding holidays and weekends).
Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales and/or special events. We do not ship same day. We will let you know if any circumstances arise that would delay your order.
We offer free shipping on Canadian & US orders over $75, after discounts and before applicable taxes.
All prices shown online are in CAD. Payment will be processed in the most current exchange rate and will appear as such on your bank statement.
All orders are shipped using Canada Postal Service.
For domestic orders, please allow 8 to 10 business days for your orders to be delivered.
Orders placed internationally (outside of Canada), are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations. We cannot predict the costs of these fees, but they can range up to 30% of the total cost of goods. If customs charges occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for these charges. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Nor are we responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes; packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions, or any additional package delays. After you receive package tracking, it is your responsibility to track the progress of the package, as you will not always be notified of customs holding your package. If you decide to refuse your package or not pay the duties, it will be sent back to us. If the package is sent back, you will not be issued with a refund when the package is received by us - you will be issued store credit for the value of the products purchased only, less any shipping paid. The cost of shipping is paid directly to the shipping provider, and therefore is not refundable.
Please allow up to 20 business days (four weeks) for your orders to arrive once they have been shipped. All orders must clear customs and the timeframe is at the discretion of the shipping carrier service. Once the package has been transferred to the carrier service, SOIE (the seller) is not responsible for any possible delays.
