Do you offer local pick up/drop off?
Not at the moment, however, if you live in the GTA and would like to pick up, please send us an email and we can make arrangements.  
 
What credit cards do you accept online?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
 
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes! Simply choose PayPal Express at checkout.

Can I pay with Email Money Transfer (EMT)?
Yes! Simply choose this option as your method of payment at checkout. You will be given instructions on how to complete your payment on the checkout page. *Please note, if the EMT is not received within 24 hours of your order, the order will automatically be cancelled. 

I made a mistake on my order, can it be changed?
Contact us immediately if you have made a mistake or would like to change your order. Please email us at info@shopsoie.ca Once your order has been shipped it is not possible to make any changes.

Can I track my shipment?
All orders will include a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number when your package is dispatched.
 
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Please note that shipping rates will vary outside of Canada & the United States. 
 
Are your products cruelty free/vegan?
Yes! Our products are only tested on humans and are vegan friendly. We ensure that our sourced ingredients are cruelty free as well and we aim, as much as possible, to support Canadian suppliers.
 
Are your products safe for those with nut allergies?
Some of our products contain Sweet Almond Oil which is derived from almonds. If you are allergic to almonds, please do not use our products. If you are worried about irritations or possible skin reactions, please do a patch test in a small area prior to applying products to the rest of your body.

*If you have a nut allergy, please contact us for a special order. 
 
Are your products safe for pregnant/nursing mothers?
There are certain essential oils that are not recommended at different stages of pregnancy and nursing. Please read our labelling and ingredients carefully and consult your doctor to confirm before using our products.

Can I customize the Body Butters? 
Absolutely! We are happy to offer personalized body butters that are perfect for any gifting occasion. Whatever the celebration or life event, our luxury body butters can be customized by YOU to create the perfect gift or favour. 

Custom orders allow you to personalize your Body Butter with a unique scent, and label design. Please fill out the form here.
