How to Return

Once you've finished your product, send it back to us intact to get 10% off your next order, plus 1% off for each additional jar returned.

Simply email a copy of your receipt to info@shopsoie.ca with your order number and we will provide information on how to complete your jar return.

A discount code will be sent to you once we receive the jar. 

Any previously used jar that is returned to us gets cleaned, sanitized and repurposed into a new product.
