RETURN POLICY

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you have received a product that is damaged or incorrect, or if you’re not happy with your order, please email us at info@shopsoie.ca within 4 days from the date you receive your order. We will do our best to rectify the situation. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. 

* Please note that all sales are final and are not subject to returns or refunds. 

* Reimbursement of shipping for the returned damaged or incorrect item will be at the sole discretion of SOIE, and taken at a case by case basis. All decisions are final.
